FOR FREE POSTERS:

The offer must be mentioned at the time of ordering and can not be added retrospectively. Postage for the posters must be paid for, this costs £2 extra when being despatched with your flyers.

Cubic Digital reserves the right to include the company name and web address in small print on all free posters.

SUPPLYING ARTWORK:

It is the responsibility of the client to provide their artwork correctly for print. At Cubic we will be as helpful as possible but if we have to make amendments there may we additional charges to cover time spent doing so.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE DISCOUNT FLYERS:

The flyers are printed on a top quality B1 size print press. To get these prices multiple jobs are laid up together on a sheet and jobs can not be colour tweaked individually. Generally speaking the colours are quite consistent but from time to time there may be a bit of a difference.

If colour accuracy is of paramount importance to you then we suggest having a quote done for the flyer to be printed as a job on it’s own with a printed proof sent out to you before hand. (Unless ordering very large quantities this is generally a far more expensive way of doing things.)

Any issues with trimming on flyers supplied without bleed or problems caused by objects in the design being set to overprint that shouldn’t be are the responsibility of the client and will not be reprinted at the expense of Cubic Digital.

DESIGN CHARGES FOR THE DISCOUNT FLYERS:

Flyer design deals are based on up to 2 hours work, specific requirements may require more time. This charge does not allow for time to do multiple sample designs and it does not include logo design or company branding. The vast majority of our clients are happy with the designs at the discount rate but often corporate advertsing, designs for large events or expensive products/services require more work and specially sourced imagery or professional photo’s. We are happy to undertake such work but will need to have received a faxed or printed and signed instruction from our prospective client.
